These terms govern your use of the Aziza Prayer Times (Aziza Bønnetider) iOS app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Aziza, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. License

Aziza is provided free of charge. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use on devices you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

3. Prayer times & Qibla accuracy

Prayer times and the Qibla direction are provided as guidance. They are calculated from your location and established methods and may vary by calculation method, location accuracy, device sensors, and local conventions. You should verify prayer times and the Qibla direction with your local mosque or community and not rely on the app as the sole authority for religious observance.

4. Intellectual property

The app, its name, design, and content are owned by Ibrahim Qraiqe (qraiqe) and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

5. Third-party services

Aziza relies on third-party services, including the Apple App Store, the OneSignal push-notification service, and map providers used for the mosque finder and directions. Your use of those features may also be subject to the respective providers' terms and privacy policies.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of prayer times, Qibla direction, or mosque information.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ibrahim Qraiqe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, which will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
